HiTaco | Where It All Began

Our journey started as HiTaco (Hammoud Inter Trade Company), founded by Mustafa Hammoud. From the beginning, the focus was simple: supporting printing houses and publishers with paper they could count on.

2003
MHCO | Growing Stronger

As demand expanded, so did we. Under the name MHCO (Mustafa Hammoud & Co. Paper), the company reached new markets across Lebanon and the Arab region, offering a wider range of paper and cartonboard while building a reputation for consistency.

Pressing Forward – Expanding into Global Trade

 
From a local supplier to an international paper trader, HIPCO extended its reach across the MENA region and Africa, supplying high-quality paper and board to businesses worldwide.

Adding New Layers – Moving into Packaging

 
Understanding industry shifts, we broadened our focus beyond traditional paper trading and stepped into packaging materials, offering businesses a wider range of products to meet their growing needs.

A New Chapter – The Next Generation Leads

The final step in our evolution brought us to HIPCO. With global mill partnerships, a diversified product portfolio, and back-to-back delivery solutions that ship directly from mills to customer ports, we became a trusted partner not only for publishers and printers but also for packaging and pharmaceutical companies.
